Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- For international returns, please ensure that “returns” is selected on any customs forms. Any customs charges sent to DMEGA will not be paid and the item will be automatically returned to you.
How to Return an Item:

To start a return, please email us at megaffin.eyewear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund within 5–7 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange an item, please email us at megaffin.eyewear@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help arrange it for you. Please note that our standard waitlist times may apply for exchanged items, as each pair is handmade to order.
